It's been a little more than two years since the Rudy Giuliani Four Seasons Total Landscaping debacle. I searched and found this - my favorite Tik-Tok video of all time. I dare you to watch this and not laugh.
His idea that "combining" regulations means simplifying them is I think laughable. Also, the bill would *not* end internal legal hierarchy (in fact it gives ministers power to create it).
